Terms and Conditions for the Use of the GDP-UCI Register of GDP Consultants.
These terms govern the use of the Consultant Register and are in addition to the general
Website Terms & Conditions of Use
.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By
accessing
or
using
the
Register
of
GDP
Consultants
provided
by
GDP-UCI
(hereinafter
referred
to
as
"the
Register"),
you,
the
“User”,
agrees
to
be
bound
by
these
Terms
and
Conditions.
If
you
do
not
agree
with
any
of
these
terms,
you
must
not
access or use the Register.
2. Limitation of Liability
GDP-UCI
accepts
no
liability
whatsoever
for
the
quality,
performance,
or
outcomes
resulting
from
the
engagement
of
Consultants
listed
on
the
Register
and
for
any
direct,
indirect,
special,
consequential
or
incidental
damages
including
but
not
limited
to
loss
of
profits,
loss
of
reputation,
or
business
interruption
arising
out
of
or
in
connection
with
membership
of
the
Register,
use
of
the
Register
and
for
any
consultancy/advisory
services
provided.
This
exclusion
of
liability
will
survive
the
termination of the specific consultancy services concerned.
3. No Endorsement
Users
of
the
Register
acknowledge
that
GDP-UCI
does
not
endorse
or
guarantee
the
services
provided
by
any
consultant
listed
on
the
Register.
A
Consultant’s
presence
on
the
GDP-UCI
Consultant
Register
does
not
indicate,
confer
or
imply
any
endorsement, certification, licence or other approval from GDP-UCI.
4. User Responsibilities
It
is
the
sole
responsibility
of
the
User
to
conduct
all
necessary
due
diligence
and
to
satisfy
themselves
that
a
Consultant
listed
on
the
Register
meets
their
specific
requirements
and
standards.
Users
acknowledge
that
their
engagement
with
a
Consultant listed on the Register is entirely at their own risk.
5. Business Contracts
Any
resulting
business
contracts
or
engagements
between
a
User
and
a
Consultant
listed
on
the
Register
are
strictly
between
the
parties
involved.
GDP-UCI
is
not
a
party
to
any
such
contracts
or
engagements
and
bears
no
responsibility
for
the
fulfilment or breach thereof.
6. Consultant Responsibilities
Consultants
listed
on
the
Register
are
solely
responsible
for
ensuring
that
their
details,
including
contact
information
and
areas
of
expertise,
are
accurate,
up-to-date,
and
compliant
with
relevant
regulations.
GDP-UCI
assumes
no
responsibility
for
verifying the accuracy or completeness of the information provided by Consultants.
7. Indemnification
Users
agree
to
indemnify
and
hold
harmless
GDP-UCI,
its
officers,
directors,
employees,
agents,
and
affiliates
from
and
against
any
claims,
liabilities,
damages,
losses,
and
expenses
arising
out
of
or
related
to
their
use
of
the
Register
or
their
engagement with Consultants listed therein.
8. Modification of Terms
GDP-UCI reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the Register after any such changes, Users agree to be bound by the updated Terms and Conditions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
